F. International transfers of personal data
The FalnFlux service is not designed for use outside of the United States. Should the disclosures described in the "How personal data is shared" section above result in the transfer of your data to countries or regions with data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence, we will respect applicable local laws regarding cross-border transfers of and access to personal data and take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect such data.
That contingency includes the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over DP (US), LLC’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF).
Internal Complaints Mechanism - (DPF)
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, The DP (US), LLC commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. EU and UK and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF should first contact Nielsen’s Data Protection Officer at: privacy.department@nielsen.com.
Independent Recourse Mechanism - (DPF)
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, DP (US), LLC commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
In certain circumstances, the DPF provides the right to invoke binding arbitration to resolve complaints not resolved by other means, as described in Annex I to the DPF Principles.
DP remains responsible for any of your personal information that is shared under the DPF Onward Transfer Principle with third parties for external processing on our behalf, as described in Section "D - Disclosures of personal data".

G. Data Security
We maintain physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect personal data against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or access, wherever it is processed. We use generally-accepted industry security standards including physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards that are designed to help protect the data that we collect, use, and retain.

We will retain your data for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Notice and in accordance with applicable law.

Please note, we may deny a request from an Authorized Agent if they do not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.
